About us

You are about to entrust your home to a company: you may as well know which one. Here is ours — its history, its projects in photographs and its commitments.

Our story

MCI Construction was founded in Narbonne in July 2020. Behind the company's youth stands a team with more than twenty years' combined experience in the building trade — and a founding trade: structural work.

That grounding is what sets us apart. Many housebuilders coordinate subcontractors; we build. Our own teams carry out the earthworks, the foundations, the walls, the floors, the roof structure and the roof covering — for new homes as well as for home extensions and renovations.

Based on quai de Lorraine, in the centre of Narbonne, we work where we live: the Grand Narbonne, les Corbières, le Minervois, the Aude coastline and as far as the Béziers area.

The proof, in photos

Three moments in the same trade, photographed on our sites: fixing the reinforcement, pouring the concrete, laying the roof.

How we work

Honesty, professionalism, availability: three words that are easy to write. Here is what they actually change on a project site.

What holds the house up — the structure — is not entrusted to anyone else. A mistake at this stage does not show on handover day: it comes back ten years later, as cracks. We would rather answer for it ourselves.

From the first meeting to the handover of the keys, you speak to the same person. No platform, no call centre: a local company you can actually reach.

A no-obligation site visit, a free and detailed quote, visits to projects under way and even to our suppliers: you know exactly what you are buying.

Shrinking and swelling clay soils, the Tramontane, heavy rain and high summer temperatures: our houses are designed for the Aude, not for a national catalogue.

What our clients say

We copy none of them onto this site: the rating and the comments are dated, signed and open to anyone to check, directly on our listing.
