The Aubetière Sud is a traditional single-storey model marked out by its low-pitched roof and its half-round clay tiles — a look at home in much of the southern landscape.
It covers the widest span of sizes in our range: from around 48 m² in its compact form up to 148 m² for a substantial family home, with 1 to 4 bedrooms.
The comfort of living entirely on one level: easy movement around the house, living and sleeping areas on the same floor, direct contact with the outside. Gable or hipped roof quoted separately, integral garage or basement subject to a technical survey.
Living and sleeping on one level, easy movement, direct contact with the outside: the fully single-storey Aubetière Sud suits a first home as well as a house meant to be lived in for good.
Its low-pitched roof in half-round clay tiles settles the Aubetière Sud into the landscape around Narbonne. It comes as a gable or a hipped roof, quoted separately, depending on the look you want and on the planning rules of the commune; an integral garage or a basement is looked at according to the plot.
