The Sauvetière is a modern single-storey house on an L-shaped plan, offered from 91 to 109 m² with two or three bedrooms, built around a large, light-filled living room and a covered gallery.
The L-shaped plan creates a close relationship between the house and the outdoor spaces: the terrace and the garden find their place naturally in the angle of the building.
The attached garage helps form the L: it belongs to the architecture rather than looking like a volume added afterwards. Gable or hipped roof.
