The Mézière is the L-shaped single-storey home we offer in the most versions: seven of them, from 72 to 127 m², with 2 to 4 bedrooms. The Mézière 110 version is particularly popular.
The L-shaped plan creates two wings that give the house its natural order — one for living, one for sleeping — and gives the house a close relationship with the terrace.
A traditional gable roof, garage or basement depending on the plot and on the version chosen. Every project is the result of thinking the whole thing through, not simply picking from a catalogue.
The L-shaped plan naturally gives one wing for living and one for sleeping, and forms a sheltered corner where the terrace sits out of the wind. That is what makes the Mézière such an easy single-storey home to live in day to day.
Of the seven versions, the Mézière 110 is the one most often asked for: a balance between family space, budget and footprint. A garage or a basement is looked at according to the plot and the version chosen.
