The Prunière is designed for families looking for a practical, affordable and adaptable home. A 72 m² house does not answer the same family plan as a version close to 99 m²: the range covers both.
Its 2 to 4 bedrooms move with your life — a child's room, a study, a guest room or a multi-purpose space — and everything happens on one level, with no stairs.
The integral garage, planned in from the design stage, gives extra room to park a car or store equipment. Gable roof, or hipped roof quoted separately.
A 72 m² Prunière does not answer the same brief as a version close to 99 m²: between the two, the extra bedroom becomes a study, a child's room or a multi-purpose space as family life changes — all on one level, with no stairs.
The garage is part of the original plan: somewhere to park a car, somewhere to store equipment, or floor area to convert later on. Gable roof, or hipped roof quoted separately.
