The Focus 80 is built around a simple idea: a compact family home that works well and is pleasant to live in. Its 80 m² of living space accommodate three bedrooms and a 15 m² integral garage.
The living room and the kitchen are the heart of the house, extended by a utility room behind the kitchen — genuinely useful in a family home — without wasting floor area on circulation space.
Like all our models, the Focus 80 can be customised: external finish, windows and doors, heat pump… and you can see it in 3D before we build.
Being compact, the Focus 80 sits easily on a plot — but every plot has its own rules: the setbacks required by the estate or by the local planning scheme (PLU), the aspect of the living room, access to the garage. We check all of that on your plot before the plan is fixed, so the house gets the best aspect.
The utility room behind the kitchen makes daily family life easier, the third bedroom can become a study or a guest room, and the 15 m² garage is part of the design from the start — not tacked on afterwards.
