Sigean lives between two worlds: the old village with its narrow lanes, where the work is mostly renovation and masonry repairs, and the newer districts on the edge, where the single-storey single-family home dominates. Two different kinds of job, and being both masons and housebuilders we cover them fully.
Being close to the lagoon and the coast calls for precautions: salt spray that attacks render and ironwork, sea wind and tramontane that demand properly fixed roof coverings, and specific planning rules as you approach the protected areas. We check the local planning scheme (PLU) and the constraints on your plot at the first visit.
Building single-family homes, home extensions, boundary walls, slabs and renovating half-round clay tile roofs: our teams cover Sigean and its neighbours — Portel-des-Corbières, Peyriac-de-Mer, Roquefort-des-Corbières — less than half an hour from our office in Narbonne.
