two-storey model
A two-storey house of 91 m², with carefully composed volumes and rooflines.
The Berber is a two-storey house of 91 m² with three bedrooms, built up from several volumes: a ground floor centred on the main living room, completed by a rectangular volume forming the garage, built straight into the architecture.
Outside, traditional elements are combined with variations in the roof: gabled and hipped sections and a play of levels with a flat roof terrace, under a predominantly hipped roof.
Taking part of the house onto a second level cuts the footprint — a real advantage on medium-sized plots.
The Berber combines traditional elements with a real play of roofs: gabled and hipped sections, a flat roof terrace as an accent, under a predominantly hipped roof. The garage forms a volume of its own, built straight into the architecture.
Taking part of the house onto a second level cuts the footprint: a real advantage on medium-sized plots, where the Berber keeps the garden intact.
Plans are not contractual and can all be adapted or modified — floor areas exclude the garage. Further plans are available on request. Open a plan to view it full size.
