The Ménilière Sud stands out for its traditional southern architecture, above all its covered gallery and its half-round clay tile roof. Instantly recognisable, the gallery gives the façade its structure and creates a pleasant in-between space in front of the openings.
Offered across a very wide span of sizes — from around 74 to 149 m² — with 2 to 4 bedrooms, it suits a first home just as well as a large family project.
Gable roof (or hipped roof, quoted separately), integral garage or the option of a basement, depending on the slope and the access of the plot.
Instantly recognisable, the covered gallery gives the façade its structure and creates a shaded in-between space in front of the openings — the natural transition from house to terrace to garden, as on the traditional houses of the South.
The half-round clay tile roof comes as a gable roof, or hipped and quoted separately, depending on the look you want and on the planning rules of your commune. The integral garage can give way to a basement where the slope and the access of the plot allow it — feasibility is always confirmed by a technical survey.
