The Félin is a two-storey house of 86 m², offered with two or three bedrooms, a gable roof and an attached garage. Its broadly square shape makes it easy to site on all sorts of plots — small ones in particular.
The ground floor is given over to daily life: the living space opens outside through large glazed doors onto a terrace partly sheltered by a pergola.
The upper floor adds living space without increasing the footprint: the right answer when the plot is tight.

Putting the bedrooms upstairs cuts the footprint: on a compact plot the Félin leaves garden where a single-storey home of the same area would have used it up. Its broadly square shape makes it easy to site on a variety of plots.
