Its one particular feature: an 86.50 m² version with a self-contained studio flat on the lower level — useful for a family member, or for any plan that calls for independent space. Letting it out must of course comply with the rules that apply to the actual project.
On a sloping plot a basement is never a given: feasibility is confirmed by a technical survey. Gable roof, integral garage.
