The Neuvillière is laid out unlike the others: traditional in inspiration and designed around split levels, its volumes step with the lie of the land instead of stacking a single upper floor on a ground floor.
Offered in 88 and 95 m² versions with 2 to 4 bedrooms, it is the natural answer for plots with a change of level.
The integral garage is set to match the access level from the road. A survey of the land beforehand is essential: it is the actual levels of the plot that decide the right layout.
Instead of a single upper floor stacked on a ground floor, the Neuvillière steps its volumes with the slope: several internal levels that turn the constraint of the land into quality of space.
